Q: Where is the Haunted Town Hall Located?

A: 103 High Street Lafayette, OH.  10 Minutes east of Lima, OH

Q: Do I have to buy tickets online?

A: No, Tickets can be purchased online or onsite.

Q: Do you take credit cards or cash only.

A: We accept card or cash.  Most major cards work if concerned bring cash.

Q: My online ticket has the wrong date.  Is it still good?

A: The online tickets are all dated for the opening date and good for all season any night.

Q: I chickened out in line and my friend only made it to the first room.  Can we get a refund?

A: No, there are NO REFUNDS!  We just did our job earlier than expected!

Q: How long does it take to go through?

A: It depends if you are walking or running.  Generally, 16-20 minutes.

Q: What is the 5-minute escape room?

A: The 5-minute escape room is a series of puzzles you have to solve in 5 minutes.  If you escape, you win a prize.

Q: Is the escape room scary?

A: The escape room is designed to be a non-scare room and only the game master will be in the room.

Q: How long is the wait?

A: The wait times are less early in the season and Fridays.  The time could extend to 2-3 hours in mid to late October.

Q: Can I buy a Fast Pass?

A: Fast Pass can be purchased up front or upgraded after a base ticket has been purchased.  A fast pass takes you to the front of the line.
