How we use cookies
- Strictly necessary: keeps the site and checkout working. This includes cookies Stripe sets during payment for security and fraud prevention.
- Performance and analytics: helps us understand traffic and improve the site.
- Marketing: helps measure and improve our ads on platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
How consent works here
This site uses Google Consent Mode v2, and the default answer is no. Analytics and marketing storage start out denied; nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies is stored until you accept in the cookie banner. If you ignore the banner, the default stays denied.
You can change your choice at any time from the cookie preferences control on this site. Your browser settings can also block or delete cookies, though blocking strictly necessary cookies can break checkout.
Third-party services that can set cookies
- Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads
- Meta Pixel
- TikTok Pixel
- Snap Pixel
- YouTube video embeds
- Google Maps embed (on the directions page)
- Stripe (strictly necessary, during checkout)
These services may set their own cookies when they load on our pages. The analytics and marketing ones load only after you consent.
Ticket sales are reported to ad platforms
Cookies are not the only way we measure advertising. When you buy a ticket, our server reports that sale to Google, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat so we can tell which ad brought you here. Your email, phone number and zip code are turned into a one-way code first, so those platforms can match the sale without ever receiving the real values.
This report comes from our server rather than your browser, so the cookie banner does not control it and it happens whether or not you accepted cookies. Declining cookies stops the tracking that follows you around the site. It does not stop us reporting a completed ticket sale.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell personal information for money, and we never have.
We do share limited information with the ad platforms listed above so we can measure which ads work. That is the cookie based measurement you control in the banner, plus the one-way coded sale report described in the section above. Some privacy laws, California’s in particular, can treat that sharing as cross-context behavioral advertising.
