By using hauntedtownhall.com you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; changes show up here with a new effective date.

• Checkout runs on this site. Payments are processed by Stripeunder Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy.
• Card processing fees are shown as their own line at checkout before you pay. The ticket booth at the door takes cash.
• All sales are final. Every ticket is good for any open night of the season, so a change of plans is not a refund problem: come a different night instead.
• If we cancel a night, your ticket is honored on any other open night. Refunds, when management grants one, go back through Stripe to the original payment method.

• Tickets are delivered by text message to the mobile number you give at checkout, sent through Twilio. By purchasing, you agree to receive these purchase-related texts. They are service messages tied to your order, not marketing, and they do not sign you up for marketing texts.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• If your number cannot receive texts, contact info@hauntedtownhall.com and we will deliver your ticket by email instead.

Service messages about your order or account may be sent without separate consent. Marketing by email or text happens only if you explicitly opt in, and you can withdraw that consent anytime.

• Program: Scream alerts (email), sent through Resend
• Unsubscribe: click the unsubscribe link in any email or contact info@hauntedtownhall.com
• Frequency: 1 to 4 emails per month during the season, occasional updates off-season
• Age requirement: you must be 13 or older
• Data usage: your email, name, and preferences support the communications you asked for

• Program: Haunted Town Hall text alerts
• Message types: promotions, event reminders, weather updates, closures, and service messages
• Sender: Twilio numbers on our behalf
• Consent: opting in on our website or at checkout is your agreement to receive automated marketing and informational texts. Consent to marketing texts is never required to buy a ticket.
• Opt out: reply STOP anytime. Reply HELP for help, or email info@hauntedtownhall.com
• Frequency: 4 to 8 messages per month during the season, occasional alerts off-season
• Costs: message and data rates may apply; carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages
• Age requirement: 13 or older; ages 13 to 17 need parental permission
• Data sharing: mobile numbers and preferences are not shared with third parties for their marketing

Site content, including logos, artwork, photos, and video, belongs to NB Haunts LLC or its licensors and cannot be used without permission except as the law allows.

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Medical warning. The attraction uses intense audio, sudden scares, strobe lights, fog, tight spaces, stairs, and uneven floors. It is not recommended for guests with asthma, heart conditions, high blood pressure, seizure disorders, epilepsy, anxiety disorders, or for guests who are pregnant. Guests with pacemakers are strictly prohibited.

Guest rules. No touching actors, props, or other guests. No running, line jumping, smoking, vaping, eating, drinking, or flash photography and video. Breaking the rules means immediate removal without a refund. Recommended for ages 10 and up; children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Operations. The attraction is primarily indoors across multiple floors, with some outdoor queuing. Severe weather can affect operations; if a night is cancelled, tickets are honored on any other open night. All sales are final, and management may refuse admission.

Photo, video, and liability. By entering Haunted Town Hall you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for use on our website, social media, and promotional platforms without compensation. Entry means you accept full responsibility for injuries and waive all claims against the facility and its affiliates.
