The late October Saturdays are the heavy ones. Peak waits run 2 to 3 hours, and Halloween lands on a Saturday this year, so those nights fill fast and stay full.
Whichever you pick, the midnight rule holds: everyone in line by midnight gets through. The doors close behind the last person in line, never in front of them.

The haunt is fully indoor, rain or shine. Two floors of the old town hall do not care what October is doing outside.
